1. Why we have to buy products from you?
We are one of the largest and best manufacturers of glass products in China , and we have many years' experiences in producing glass products with pretty good quality and competitive price. And we have professional sales team and technical team, providing best service to help you.
2. What is the quotation based on?
The price depends on several factors: quantity, material, shape, quality, logo size&color&printed position, packing, design, exported country, destination port, etc.
3. Do you accept small order?
Of course. We accept small order, even if you only order one product, and we will do our best to meet your requirement by quoting you the reasonable price with diligent service.
4. How much do you charge for sample?
We provide stock glass items for free. If you want to print logo , the sample charge depends on the logo size&color&printed position. If you want newly designed glass products, then sample charge depends on the quantity and the cost of opening mould. And the freight charge is paid by clients. To notice that the sample charge would be returned after you placing the order.
5. Are your glass products food contact use?
Yes.The items are food contact use, And could pass test such as SGS, CE, CIQ, FDA, EEC, LFGB and so on
6. What about the delivery time?
10-15 days for small order and ordinary shapes, actual days subject to shape and quantity.
7. How to place an order?
Inquiry--quotation--confirm-transfer deposit--produce--transfer balance--ship out products.
8.What about the payment terms?
30% in advance, 70% before shipment by T/T, L/C Paypal.
9. Do you do custom logo? Can I add my logo on the item?
Yes, we could do custom logo.
We could provide decal, silkscreen, electroplating, spray,embossed logo surface.
10.Could you help me with new developed items?
Yes, we have designers here to help. And samples are acceptable.
